For B.Tech lateral Entry Admissions, The eligibility requirement is Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50% marks in 5th and 6th semester (45% in case of backward classes).

• Visit the official website of TNEA and click on the application link.
• Enter name, mobile number, e-mail id and all the other necessary details.
• OTP and User ID will be sent to candidates registered mobile number.
• Using this User ID and password step up in the last step, candidates have to login to fill out the application form.
• The candidates have to fill-in all the personal details in the application form.
• Next step is to pay the examination fees which can be paid online or offline using Demand Draft.
• Next, the candidates have to submit the parents family income for scholarship and other academics and personal details asked for.
• After finally filling out the form and successful submission, the candidates have to take a print out of the filled application form.

How to apply for TANCET?

1. Visit the official website of TANCET and click on the ‘TANCET 2023 Registration’ button for new registration.
2. Enter your name, mobile number, email id and create a new password.
3. Enter the Captcha code correctly, click on the “I Agree” to register.
4. Fill out the application form with all the necessary details.
5. Select the exam center and upload your recent passport size photograph.
6. Pay the application fee for the exam.
7. Submit the application form and take out a print of the submitted application form.
