PSIT Kanpur Cutoff 2022 (Released) : Check Exam wise Previous Year Cutoffs

The admission process is very simple just visit the college and they provide you with all the details regarding admission. Eligibility of the courses is 60 percent. I haven't availed of any reservation benefit.

So admission process is quite simple sometimes you get direct admission but direct admission has limited branches. I took direct admission there. They also took admission through JEE mains and the cutoff I think is 65 to 70 percent in your 12th. I didn't avail of any reservation benefits they are equal for every cast. The cutoff for the Computer Science and Engineering branch was at that time around 57 percentile hor the home state quota and I dont know for All India quota as I reside in Uttar Pradesh only.

There was an entrance exam I cracked it and got admission. The exam was pretty simple there were several questions in mathematics, aptitude, and English. I got about 80% and was selected, then I was asked for the branch I wanted.

The entrance exam of college in written English and maths questions based on 10th class form then there is an Interview session all these are easily available in portals online or one can visit them directly to college for further details.

Eligibility marks required for admission are 75% marks in class 10 and 70% marks in class 12th are required. The application form is available online. You can apply online and then ask reception for the application.

I applied via direct admission in which a general aptitude and english exam was conducted for entrance in which maximum marks were 100 and I scored 71 in it. The way to get admitted to computer science engineering was to score 60 and above. There were no ap-plication fees to apply and I applied online through the Pist site they called me and scheduled my entrance exam on the college premises only.

Entrance through counseling and tests both are available. I took the test and got my result within an hour that I was selected. The entrance paper had aptitude and 3 programming questions. You first had to solve the aptitude round for which you are given 1hr and then a half an hour coding round.

The admission process consists of an aptitude test and an interview process. The interview is taken by two people about basic knowledge in the field of computer science. The aptitude test consists of basic reasoning questions and easy mathematics questions. After passing the interview round and the interview process the admission is confirmed.
