About NHCE
New Horizon College of Engineering also known as NHCE is a private engineering college situated near Marathahalli, in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. New Horizon College of Engineering was established in 2001. The NHCE is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
