The program allows graduate students to be involved in high-level research and development, and the design of a wide range of mechanical systems. UNB’s mechanical engineering program offers students exciting and diverse program options including biomedical engineering, instrumentation and control, manufacturing engineering, materials characterization and processing, and mechatronics. The MEng program is course-based and does not involve a research thesis. Ten courses are required to be taken during the degree.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Applicants must have a bachelors degree in an engineering field from a recognized university.
- Applicants should hold an undergraduate with a minimum GPA of 3.0 Average (70%, B, or first or upper second division).
