Requirements for Students without an Undergraduate Degree
- Must be 30 years above
- A minimum work experience of year in a relevant field
- An overall average of A- on preliminary year
A 200 CAD Confirmation Fee is required for Undergraduate applicants prior to the commencement of the student’s first term, and full payment is required at the beginning of the term unless the student has proof that he/she will be in receipt of student loan funds. In that case, the balance owed beyond the amount of loans being granted is payable at the beginning of the term. The students applying for Graduate programs will have to pay a deposit of 500 CAD for enrollment. Also, all the students will have to sign a Student’s Contract.

Ans. Yes, St. Stephen is a residential school. Accommodation is provided within the community. If the accommodation space is exhausted, students may be required to stay at other apartments
Ques. What is academic good standing?
Ans. To remain in good standing, students must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 2.0. Transcripts in this case will include the note that the student is “in good standing” and has completed such and such a term or year of the program.
Ques. Can I change my course after being admitted?
Ans. Course changes are permitted only up to the end of the second full week of classes. Courses dropped within the first two weeks of classes will not appear on transcripts. Courses dropped after that time will appear on transcripts with the letter “W” (for Withdrawn) indicated in place of a grade.
