- The MPH is a two-year, non-thesis degree program. Course work is normally completed in three academic terms plus one term devoted to a practicum.
- The MPH Practicum, which is a 12-week supervised experience performed in community health agencies within Canada, or around the world. The practicum gives students the opportunity to apply their coursework in the field, and further develop their skills in community health practice.
- The degree integrates learning in epidemiology, biostatistics, the social, biological, and environmental determinants of health, population health, global health, disease prevention, and health systems management with skill-based learning in a practicum setting.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic eligibility:
- Students require a four-year Bachelors's degree from a recognized university.
- A GPA of B+ or higher, calculated from all third and fourth year-level coursework.
Indian student requirements:
- A four-year bachelor's degree or a master's degree.
- The bachelor’s degree with 65% marks or 8 on a 10-point scale.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program

To apply for the M.Sc Finance program of UBC you must have a four-year undergraduate degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 in the last two years of study. You must also have at least studied one calculus course and one linear algebra course. International students must submit a valid ELP test score. GMAT score of 550 is preferred. For the M.Sc Business Administration program the admission requirements vary depending on the student’s educational background, work experience, and other factors.
Qualification and submission of GRE score is not necessary to get admission in the MS Pharmaceutical Sciecnes program of the University of British Columbia. You can apply for this program after completing a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field with at least B+ grade and a valid ELP test score.
