Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have an undergraduate degree in Anthropology or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- A grade point average of 6.0/9.0 (B+) in the work of the last two years (30 units) leading to the bachelor’s degree.
Indian Student Eligibility:
- Students must complete a Bachelor’s (4 years) degree in Anthropology or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- The minimum grade score for a degree should be 7/10 (60%), first class.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.

- Official Transcripts: Applicants who have attended and/or received degrees from institutions outside the US must provide certified copies and certified English translations of transcripts or records of all previous post-secondary education and of all degrees conferred.
- Writing Sample: This can be a term paper, honors thesis, or a published paper that best reflects your abilities. No specific length.
- ELP Scores: Students have to submit their English language proficiency scores like IELTS, TOEFL, or other test scores.
