It was close to where I'm from and both my parents went there and took the same program. It was also the only school that offered the full bachelor program near where I live and I like Halifax so I wanted to go to school here.
Course Curriculum
It's good too many classes and a lot of them don't seem useful. There should be less useless classes and only take 5 classes instead of 6. Other than the course load being too heavy it's good. I think they should start discipline-specific classes earlier.
Placement
They are okay the school has a co-op program that helps you find a job placement in the third year but other than that there's not much help and to get into a co-op you need to meet the grade requirements so if you don't there are no options.
Fees
It's just the cost of tuition which is split into the tuition and all the other fees for the school.
Examination Structure
It's good. Some classes have multiple exams spread out through the semester which is nice so there's not one exam worth too much and others just have a midterm and a final which is not as nice cause the one exam is worth too much.
Faculty
Some are good. But some are really really bad. Some speak such poor English it's almost impossible to learn. And some others are just mean for no reason and make school way harder than it needs to be.
Hostel
Off-campus accommodation, living in an apartment just off campus. Last year I lived in residence on campus and had a meal plan for food.
