Application portal: The students can make online applications either through the common application or BW application.

Admission Requirements for International Students

• Completed online/print application
• Submit official (translated) copies of all Academic records starting from High school and above through the institution. A copy of the transcript may be uploaded online or sent via email, fax, or post. The graduate students require evaluation of their academic record by the credential evaluation organizations like WES or ECE.
• SAT: 580 on Evidence-Based Reading and Writing, ACT: 24 out of 36 on English/Writing, GMAT minimum 500 for MBA, and English language proficiency scores.
• Applicants scoring a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above may get exemption from GMAT/GRE scores for which approval from university is required.
• Submit a financial statement with original supporting documents from a reputed financial institution confirming that the applicant has sufficient funds to cover tuition, boarding, lodging, transportation, books and supplies, and other miscellaneous expenses to cover the period of study at the university. The Bank statement or the letter from the Employer or the sponsor needs to be uploaded with the application or sent by email.
• Two Academic Recommendation letters
• Passport ID pages Copy
• The college also accepts international transfer students.

Issuance of I20 or IAP 66 may take 6 to 8 weeks time. Applicants need to keep this in time and must start the application process keeping in mind the start date of the session they are applying for.

English Language Proficiency Requirements

Baldwin Wallace University admission requires satisfactory English proficiency scores from the international students. The university highly encourages the students to submit their SAT or ACT scores. Otherwise, the university accepts IELTS and TOEFL scores. Following are the scores of English language proficiency required for admission to the university:

Visa Process for International Students

Applicants must submit a complete application with all the documents after which they will receive Form I-20 or IAP66 from the School. The documents to receive I-20/IAP66 are :

• Application form, Resume, Essay, and recommendation letters.
• Copies ID pages of passport
• Official copy of the academic Transcripts of all qualifications achieved prior to seeking admission
• Proof of financial support (Bank statement/ Sponsor letter)
• After receiving I-20, the applicant should apply for a student visa to study in the USA (F-1 visa) at the Embassy by fulfilling the Embassy requirements.
• For obtaining a US visa, In-person interviews and Biometrics are compulsory, which should be scheduled and attended by the applicant at the nearest Embassy office.
