- Financial Mathematics (commonly described using an array of roughly synonymous alternative titles including Financial Engineering, Computational Finance, Mathematical Finance, and Quantitative Finance) is an engineering discipline fundamentally enabled by the intellectual pursuits spanned by the faculty of Applied Mathematics and Statistics (AMS): probability, statistics, optimization, partial differential equations, and scientific computing

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must complete a 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Students must complete their higher education.
- A GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required to be eligible for the program.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- Or, students completed higher education with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Submission of GRE exam scores is not compulsory but helps for a better chance of admission.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
