The Student Affairs concentration prepares students for leadership careers in all areas of higher education and student services including: residential life, student advising, fraternity and sorority life, recreation, leadership programs, multicultural affairs and new student and family programs. The program is grounded in theoretical principles and best practices in the field of Student Affairs and has an emphasis on experiential learning. A diversified fieldwork program provides practical application for concepts learned in the classroom in a variety of student affairs and related departments at Pacific and surrounding colleges and universities. The concentration in Student Affairs consistently exceeds professional standards set by the Council for Advancement of Standards in Higher Education and is taught by highly qualified faculty. The program concludes with an integrative assessment capstone composed of written and oral components.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Applicant must have completed a bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited university
- Applicants must submit official transcripts with course by course evaluation from an accredited institution
- Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent for the last 60 hours of semester work
- Applicant can also submit GRE scores
- Evidence of qualities and character in keeping with the philosophy and standards of the university
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum score of 80 in iBT
- IELTS: minimum score of 6.5.
