This position will be one of the most challenging leadership roles in all of education.

M.Ed. students would be eligible for any higher education institutional entry-level position in such areas as Admissions, Residential Life, Financial Aid, & Registrar's Office and could serve as an academic advisor, career placement advisor, etc. Mid-level positions positions include coordinator and director in any area of academic or student affairs. Students with a Ph.D. or Ed.D. could also qualify for upper-level administrative positions at the Associate Dean level in academic or student affairs-related positions or work for the state or federal government as higher education policy analysts and a wide range of other education related positions. In addition, doctoral students could possibly qualify for a faculty position.
