Our M.Ed. in Special Education can be completed in a minimum of 32 credits typically spaced over 2 years. Working adults are welcome at GU: our entire sequence can be completed via evening courses in a face-to-face delivery on our campus. Our priority admission deadline is January 15 with a final deadline of May 1 (unless our site reaches capacity before). Candidates are highly encouraged to complete the application by the priority deadline in order to ensure consideration for the next cohort.

Academic Requirements:
- Applicants must have a bachelors degree from an accredited university
- Applicants must submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
- Official transcripts must be evaluated by a NACES accredited agency such as ECE or WES
- Submit two letters of recommendations from professors, supervisors,managers etc
- Submit a professional resume
- Submit a statement of purpose assessing your strength and interest in the program
- Submit English Proficiency Test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 88 in iBT;
- IELTS: minimum 6.5
- PTE: minimum 58
