Our students graduate with confidence and hands on experience in the classroom built during an individually selected, full-year, mentored teaching residency included as part of the program.

The MAT?program is a licensure-endorsing program that prepares you for the New York State teachers certification at the secondary level (7 - 12 grade). The program?prepares you in the following disciplines: biology, chemistry, earth science, physics, technology (K - 12), mathematics, English, social studies, Chinese, French, German, Greek, Latin, Russian?and Spanish. Additional coursework is available to extend foreign language certification for?first-grade teachers, and other disciplines for?fifth-grade teachers.
