Graduates of our Master of Science in Nursing program are able to integrate critical thinking, independent judgment, provide leadership, synthesize knowledge, and promote the essential values of caring in their professional and personal lives.?
The College of Nursing and Health Professions offers 12 academic?programs in Dental Assisting, Dental Hygiene, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Food and Nutrition, Health Informatics and Information Management, Health Services, Health Administration, Nursing (Bachelor of Science in Nursing, RN to BSN Completion, Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice), Occupational Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy, Radiologic and Imaging Sciences and Respiratory Therapy.
Our programs have an outstanding history of graduates achieving excellent pass rates on national and state licensure examinations, as well as preparing our students for employment and leadership roles in health care organizations throughout the country.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Applicants must hold a bachelors degree in nursing from an accredited university
- Submit official transcripts in a sealed envelope that is signed by authorized official
- Official transcripts must contain the list of all subjects taken and grades earned for each year of study
- Submit an official proof of graduation that should include official graduation certificate or diploma
- Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent on a scale of 4
- Applicants must have completed a course of statistics in undergraduate
- Applicants must submit an unencumbered nursing license
- Applicants must have one year of nursing work experience or equivalent
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 79 in iBT; 550 in PBT
- IELTS: minimum 6.5
