Master of Science [M.S] [Mechanical Engineering] From Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University

The Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering program provides students with advanced study in engineering with a specialization in Mechanical Systems. Students are prepared to design and implement mechanical systems to fulfill the needs of a wide range of industries in the aerospace, aviation, automotive, energy, and biomedical arenas.

A typical first year will include courses in Mechanical Systems, as well as mathematics and general electives.

Thesis and non-thesis options are available, each requiring completion of 30 credits hours. Course work includes 15 credit hours from core courses addressing the theory and implementation of mechanical systems, plus electives that support the student?s educational or research goals.
