Individuals with an undergraduate degree in accounting can complete their M.S. in Accounting in one year. For those with an undergraduate degree in some other area, we offer a two-year program that provides both a Certificate in Accounting and the M.S. in Accounting.In addition to preparing our students to excel in their careers, the GSM M.S. in Accounting, combined with an undergraduate degree, satisfies Illinois's 150-hour requirement to sit for the CPA exam. Our wide-selection of fraud related courses also prepares students to sit for the Certified Fraud Examiner exam.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Requirements:

Applicant must have completed a bachelors degree from an accredited university
Submit official transcripts of all universities attended
Official transcripts must be evaluated by an accredited agency such as ECE or WES
Submit a letter of recommendation attesting to the student’s ability to succeed in college and proficiency in college
Submitting official GRE scores with a combined score of 297 and minimum 150 in Verbal
Submit a personal statement in 200-300 words about why you have applied to the university and personal accomplishment that qualifies you for admission
Submit a resume
Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
