You will also determine the role of the community in the onset of — and solutions to — public health problems. With this education and through applied field and/or research opportunities, you'll be prepared to address health challenges in your local, regional, and broader communities. As a graduate, you'll be well prepared for a career in public health agencies, academia, health care delivery systems, voluntary health agencies or private research.
When you pursue a doctoral (PhD) or Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in community health and health behavior, you’ll gain a foundational understanding of the factors that influence individuals’ health choices.
You will also determine the role of the community in the onset of and solutions to public health problems. With this education and through applied field and/or research opportunities, you’ll be prepared to address health challenges in your local, regional and broader communities.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- A bachelor degree or masters degree
- Official transcripts of all previous education
- Three recommendations
- A personal statement highlighting why you want to pursue the course
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 550 for PBT; 79 for IBT; 8.5 for Essentials
- IELTS: Minimum 6.5
- Duolingo: Minimum 120
- Cambridge English: Minimum 185 in either advanced or proficient
