Our writing and journalism majors form a solid community of writers and dedicate themselves to intensive workshops and substantial reading. Beyond the classroom, our students put their writing in front of readers through student readings, internships, several contests, and publishing both on campus and in national journals.
Our students?travel the world. Our far-reaching range of study away programs includes faculty-led experiences in Australia, England, France, Greece, India, Ireland, New Zealand, Rwanda, Scotland and elsewhere. Concordia was an early winner of the Senator Paul Simon Award for Campus Internationalization.
