- As a business administration major, students will have the opportunity to design a customized program of study across the business disciplines to accent their chosen career path. Messiah's program is recognized in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) program directory for Messiah’s coursework's alignment with SHRM's curriculum guidelines. Students in the Human Resource Management program also participate in the Human Resource Professionals of Central PA networking and chapter meetings. The human resource management concentration is offered through the business administration major at Messiah University.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must submit their academic records.
- Students' transcript records must include results/marks for individual courses, as well as diplomas or certificates required in their country as evidence of qualification for university.
- If a student's native language is not English, they are required to submit scores of either TOEFL or IELTS to English language proficiency.
- Students are required to submit their SAT/ ACT scores.
