Allegheny College is one of oldest and acclaimed liberal art private colleges. Its arts major and science complex is also nationally acclaimed. Allegheny College Campus and Residence

The campus of Allegheny College is located alongside Lake Erie and about 90 miles north of Pittsburgh. Student accommodation in the US is provided to all the Allegheny students on campus .There is Brooks Dining Hall that provides vegan and vegetarian diet options. The special dietary requests of students are accepted.

Allegheny College has over 100 clubs and groups, allowing all students to participate in a variety of activities. Student Government, Honorary Societies, Athletic Organizations, College Committees, Community Service, Media Organizations, Performance Groups, Religious Organizations, and Special Interest Groups are all examples of student organizations.

There are various varsity sports to compete in athletics including basketball, football, Soccer, Softball, Swimming/Diving, Tennis, Track & Field, Volleyball, etc. With chapters of 5 national social Fraternities and 5 national social Sororities on campus, Allegheny offers a vibrant Fraternity and Sorority Life.

Allegheny College Residence

Allegheny College has a four-year on-campus residency requirement. All students must live on campus for four years, or eight full semesters. Students can choose from a variety of living options in residence halls. There are 5 independent living options, 4 traditional halls for freshmen, and 5 traditional residence halls for upper-class students.

Allegheny College Programs

UG at Allegheny College has a diverse range of degrees in the field of Humanities and Natural Sciences.   • Allegheny's Trustee Scholarship, a merit scholarship, is awarded to students who have integrated academic success with other unique activities while in high school, regardless of financial need. When students apply to the university, they are automatically considered for this Scholarship based on the admission application.
  • The value of the award is decided after the acceptance of the student into the College. Academics achievements, Test results, essays And recommendations, The Student's activities and accomplishments outside the classroom are considered for the award. The value can be upto 38,000 USD per year
  • Allegheny College Performing Arts Scholarships are meant for students who intend to take a major or minor in dance, music, theatre, and participate in the arts. Although students may audition for multiple areas, only one performing arts scholarship will be awarded.
  • The level of engagement and performance abilities of the student, auditions, or interview are considered to give this scholarship valued up to 1,000 USD per year

Work While you Study: International students are ineligible for federal work-study or Resident Advisor positions. They are eligible for campus employment through which they can earn up to 2,000 USD per year. Various on-campus positions are available at different wages. This amount is not charged to the student's bill.
