Frequently Asked Questions
Following are some of the frequently asked questions about regarding admissions:
Ques. What are official transcripts?
Ans. Official transcripts are the ones that are directly sent from your previous institution to the University. Copies sent by the students can be used for reference. However, they are not official and to have a final admission decision, official transcripts are required.
Ques. Which English Language Test should I take?
Ans. If you are asked to provide IELTS Academic Test, there are two of them: A standard IELTS Academic Test and IELTS Academic Test from a UKVI approved test centre. If you have a direct entry unconditional offer for a program, either of the tests will suffice. However, if you require a CAS for a pre-sessional course or the course offer is for a foundation, UKVI approved test is required to be taken. A test from a UKVI Approved Test Centre is a safer option in case of confusion. In the case of TOEFL, the university only accepts this particular test for undergraduate and post-graduate programs. It will not be accepted for Foundation and pre-sessional programs.
Ques. Can I send my application form without references?
Ans. Yes, students can send in their application as soon as possible. However, the decision cannot be made without references. Therefore, it is advisable to send them at the earliest
