- The Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing focuses on the actual practice of writing, as well as its literary foundations.
- The course helps improve student's writing and develop unique literary voices while exploring the history and context of their choice of genre.
- Students take elective workshops in topics from fiction to nonfiction, poetry to screenwriting, digital to traditional publishing, and everything in between.
- Students are able to gain experience outside the classroom.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have a bachelor's degree in a related field or its equivalent to get admission in this program.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Completed a 4-year UG degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.

- Resume/CV: Outline of academic achievements and/or awards, publications, relevant work, and volunteer experience.

- Statement of Purpose - This is an essay or any written statement written by the student while applying.
- Three confidential letters of recommendation: Referees (Teachers, guidance counselors, or Professors) should comment on academics, and that references should submit along with the application system.
- Tests Score statement: Students have to submit their English languages proficiency scores like IELTS, TOEFL, or other test scores.
- Submit a maximum of 15 pages (double-spaced) of fiction or nonfiction or a maximum of 15 pages of poetry.
