Quantum University Ph.D Admission Guidelines
Admission to the PhD course of Quantum University is offered on the basis of the candidate’s performance in The Quantum University Research Aptitude Test (QRAT), followed by an interview round. UGC-CSIR NET, SLET qualified applicants are exempt from appearing in the QRAT.

The Ph.D. program shall be for a minimum duration of 3 years and a maximum duration of not more than 6 years, including coursework. Under exceptional circumstances, the maximum 6-year limit to submit the research thesis can be extended by the Vice-Chancellor on request from the research scholar and recommendation by the Subject Research Committee (SRC) by a period of not more than one year.
Women candidates and persons with disabilities are allowed a relaxation of 2 years in addition to the maximum six-year period for the Ph.D. Program. Furthermore, women candidates shall be provided with a one-time Maternity/ Child Care leave of up to 240 days during the Ph.D. Period.

Quantum University Ph.D Entrance Exam Pattern
The Quantum University Research Attitude Test judges an applicant on the basis of their quantitative, analytical, language, and research skills as well as subject knowledge.
