Candidates seeking admission to IIIT Surat must have appeared for JEE Mains/Advanced. Eligible students can then register for seat allocation in the NIT+ system. After this, a candidate must list down thechoices of Institutes and branches in decreasing order of their preference. This will be followed by the locking of choices, which is highly recommended. IIIT Surat B.Tech Admission 2023

IIIT Surat offers a four-year B.Tech program in two specializations, namely Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) and Computer Science (CSE) and Engineering with a total intake capacity of 66 for each specialization. Admissions to the program are done on the basis of JEE Main rank followed by JoSAA Counselling.

IIIT Surat B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must have passed 10+2 with PCM subject with a minimum of 50% of marks and the candidates belonging to SC and ST must have 45% of marks.
The candidates who want to take admission through lateral entry must have completed a diploma after matriculation or after 10+2 in the relevant field.

IIIT Surat B.Tech Selection Criteria

Selection of candidates will be done through the JoSAA Counseling seat allotment process. Seats are allocated on the basis of JEE Main rank, category, choice filling, and other factors. The Institute does not make any decisions in the seat allocation process.

IIIT Surat B.Tech - How to Apply?

Visit the official website of JEE Main
Register for Online Application Form by entering the Email ID and Mobile Number.
Note down the system generated Application Number displayed on the screen.
Create a password and choose a Security Question and its answer as well.
Once the password is created and application number is recorded, the candidate can login again and start filling the application form.
Enter the personal, academic details as inquired and upload the scanned images of photographs and signature
Pay the application fee through Debit /Credit Card /Net Banking /UPI /PAYTM. Only after successful confirmation of payment, the application will be considered informed and Candidate can take a print of the Confirmation Page.
Retain this hard copy print of the application form for future reference.
