IIIT Kottayam Courses Admission 2024: Dates, Cutoff, Eligibility, Selection Criteria, Application Process

IIIT, Kottayam offers B.Tech, B.Tech/MS dual degree courses. B. Tech is offered in Computer Science & Engineering. 

The minimum eligibility criteria for admission is to pass 10+2 (Class 12th) or any equivalent exam from a recognized board. Admission to B.Tech/MS program in any year will be based on the rank of JEE Main and HSC examinations as per CBSE guidelines.

IIIT Kottayam B.Tech Cutoff 2023 (Expected)

IIIT Kottayam JEE Main cutoff is the minimum rank to get admitted to the B.Tech program. The cutoff will be released by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). The cutoff depends on various factors such as rank secured in the JEE Main examination, availability of seats, choice filling, reservation criteria, etc. IIIT Kottayam BTech expected cutoff 2023 for general category candidates based on JoSAA 2022 round 1 opening and round 6 closing ranks is tabulated below:

IIIT Kottayam B.Tech/MS Eligibility Criteria:

• Higher Secondary qualified candidates will be eligible for admission to the course.
• Minimum 50% marks should be secured in the final examination.
• Students appearing for the final examination can apply for admission to the course.

IIIT Kottayam B.Tech/MS Selection Criteria:

• Selection will be based on the marks secured in JEE Mains and performance in the higher secondary examination.
• The initial payment for the first semester shall be Rs. 99,000/- as tuition fee, Rs 23,100/- as hostel fee, Rs. 21,000/- as mess advance & Rs. 874 as medical insurance.
• Engineering, Professional Major and Electives and distributed over eight/ ten semesters.
• Applicants also have to fulfill the medical standards required for admission.
