- Pay the application fees, if applicable and obtain the application form.
- Fill the required details accurately.
The following documents need to be submitted along with the application form:
- School/institution leaving certificate signed by the head of the institution last attended by the applicant.
- Photocopy of the marks card of the qualifying examinations.
- A character of good certificate, signed by two responsible persons, if the candidate passed the qualifying examination as a private candidate.
- Migration Certificate, in case the applicant has passed the qualifying examination from a board other than the Board of Secondary Education, Madhya Pradesh or from a University other than SSSUTMS.
