Candidates seeking admission in any M.Tech at IIT Bhilai must have one of the following qualifications in the subject of interest:

IIT Bhilai M.Tech Application Process

To apply for the IIT Bhilai MTech program, candidates are required to apply on both institute website as well as COAP portal.

Institute application portal:

  • Visit the official website of IIT Bhilai and click on ‘Admission’ page.
  • Fill in the necessary details.
  • An automated application number will be generated. Note the number for future references.
  • Separate application form is to be filled if applicants are applying in more than one discipline.
  • Upload the required documents.
    • Photograph.
    • Academic certificates (10th, 12th / Diploma, UG & PG certificates, etc. whichever is applicable)
    • Mark-sheet of all semesters/Consolidated mark-sheet of the qualifying degree. Result awaited candidates have to upload their latest/previous semester mark-sheet.

  • After the final submission of the online application, candidates will be able to generate their online application print with their specific details/data.
  • Application fee of INR 100 is applicable for SC/ST/PwD/female candidates and INR 200 is applicable for other candidates.
  • The candidate has to mention the application id in the correct format while filling-up the challan for payment.
  • After making payment, the candidate needs to retain a copy of the payment receipt for any future reference.

GATE 2023 COAP Step by Step Registration Process:

The candidates can successfully apply for GATE COAP 2023 by simply following the below:

Step 1: Visit the official website of COAP @ coap.iitd.ac. and click on the registration link.

Step 2: Fill in details such as their GATE Registration Number, GATE Paper Code, GATE score, date of birth.

Step 3: Click on the “Validate” icon and enter the registered email id and mobile number.

Step 4:Click on the “Submit to Register” button.

Step 5: After the registration is successfully done for COAP 2023, the candidates will obtain a Login ID and Password for COAP Login. The same will be sent via Email and SMS.

Step 6: The COAP registration will only be considered as complete only if the candidates log in using the Login ID and Password and verify the registration details.

Step 7: After the completion of the above-given steps, the candidate can access the information on offers made from the participating Institutes.

Step 8: In the end, the admission offer will be uploaded at COAP website and will be tagged with COAP registration number (same as GATE registration number without subject code).

IIT Bhilai GATE Cutoff 2023 will be released soon. The minimum GATE scores required for Computer Science and Engineering is 300+.
