Amity University Raipur Admission 2024: Dates, Courses, Eligibility Criteria, Selection Process
Relatively new, Amity University, Raipur was established as one of the campuses in 2014. It is accredited by the UGC and currently offers more than 39 courses at graduate and postgraduate level. The main courses offered at the Raipur campus include B.Tech, B.Arch., B.Sc, BBA, Fashion Designing, Computer Science and Law. The University is inviting applications from the eligible candidates.

Candidates scoring an aggregate of 80% in class 12th (CBSE/ISC/State-Board) in 2016-17 qualify for direct admission. They are solely selected on the basis of Amity Application Form. While others have to follow admission procedure which may include entrance test, English language test, group discussion or personal interview. Every course has a different eligibility which should be strictly observed.
Amity University, Raipur informs the candidates about the admission process through the Admission Micro Site. By logging in the micro site, the candidates can know about the status of their form (whether accepted or not). Once accepted, candidates are called for selection process which may be an entrance test, group discussion or personal interview. The date, time and venue are provided to the candidate along with receipt form. If the candidate is shortlisted, he or she is sent an admission letter via micro site to submit the college and hostel fees. The application procedure for UG and PG courses will commence from April, onwards.

Amity JEE
Amity University conducts Amity Joint Entrance Examination (AmityJEE) every year for admissions to B.Tech programme. It is a computer based test conducted in online mode across various cities in India. The application fee is for Rs.1100/- and can be downloaded or filled online.
Key Points:
- Only eligible candidates can attempt the examination.
- Candidates should have studied in English till class 12th.
- Candidates should have completed schooling in regular mode.
- At least 60% marks in class 10th with minimum 60% marks in PCM in class 12th. Sponsored category must secure minimum 55% in PCM.
- Candidates holding compartment in any subject are not eligible.

Amity University, Raipur offers courses in Management, Law, Biotechnology, Engineering, Fashion and Architecture at UG level. The fee structure for each course is different for both sponsored candidates and non-sponsored candidates. A course wise list with details is given below.

The candidates must appear for AmityJEE for admission to B.Tech courses. They may have to appear for English test, Personal Interview or Group discussion in case of some courses, the information about which is shared after the candidate submits the application form.
Scholarship for UG level
Amity University, Raipur gives scholarships to meritorious students only. The candidates fulfilling the scholarship eligibility criteria in 2016-17 will be entitled to one of the following scholarships.

Amity University Raipur PG Admission 2023
At postgraduate level the Raipur University campus offers courses in Applied Sciences, Journalism and Mass Comm., M.Sc in Foods & Nutrition, Engineering and Management. There are no direct admissions to PG courses and the merit is based on the scores of qualifying exam, English Language Test, Interview and GD in case of MBA. In case of some courses candidates may require appearing for a test on the day of selection process.

Scholarships for PG level
Scholarships are available for PG courses as well. The eligible candidate will be offered scholarship after joining the program and verification of documents. For more details check the table:

Amity University Application Process 2023
The application forms can be obtained via three modes:
- Online Application: Visit the college website and apply online by filling all the necessary information. Attach the original scanned copies of the certificates, mark sheets and coloured passport size photograph. Proceed and pay the application fee of Rs. 1100 through debit card/credit card.
- Offline Application: Download the form after filling basic information and submit the form along with DD in favour of ‘Amity Form’ or pay online using debit/credit card.
- Buy application form directly from the Raipur campus.
A candidate should apply for a course only after fulfilling the eligibility criteria. Candidates must possess 10th mark sheet and coloured passport size photograph to complete the submission process. If the mark sheet of qualifying examination is awaited then candidates can apply provisionally.
