Steps to Apply for B.Tech Course

To apply for B.Tech. course, candidates first need to register for JEE Main and then for JoSAA or CSAB Counselling.

1. Visit the official website of JEE Main
2. Register for Online Application Form by entering details such as email ID and contact number. 
3. Note down the system generated Application Number displayed on the screen.
4. Now create a password and choose a Security Question and answer it as well. 
5. Once the password is created and application number is recorded, candidates need to login to fill fill the application form. 
6. Enter the personal, academic and communication details as required 
7. Also, upload the scanned images of photograph and signature
8. After filling, proceed to make payment of the application fee through Debit /Credit Card /Net Banking /UPI /PAYTM.
9. Take a print of the Confirmation Page and retain it for future use.
10. After the exam is held, students need to register for JoSAA or CSAB.
11. Upon successful registration, applicants need to fill details and choice of IIIT and branch of B.Tech course.
12. Based on the rank and choices filled, seat allotment will be done.

Steps to Apply for M.S and Ph.D. Courses

Students applying for M.S. or Ph.D. programs offered by the IIIT Chittoor will have to fill an on campus application form for admissions. ??

1. Visit the campus of the Institute to avail the application form
2. Duly fill the application form and submit it at the counter with relevant documents of proof.
3. Shortlisted candidates will be called for further admission process consisting of interviews.
4. Selected candidates will be sent an email of admission letter.
5. Interested ones need to visit the institute for document verification and for the payment of tuition-fee.

Documents Required

• Metric and Higher Secondary Marksheets
• Entrance exam score card (for B.Tech. candidates)
• Migration and Character cCertificates
• Work Experience c=certificates.

Candidates should have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.

Entrance Exam:

Based on scores obtained in JEE main followed by counselling conducted by central seat allocation board.

Hostel Fee :

• Hostel Establishment Fee : Rs. 22,000 (Per Semester)
• Mess Fee : Rs. 20,000 (Per Semester)
