As per University’s guidelines first three rank holders of the state board examination will be eligible for 90% relaxation in tuition fee for all three campuses. In the same way first 10 rank holders of CBSE & ICSE board will get 90% fee relaxation provided they have to maintain at least 7 CGPA in the subsequent years of B. Tech. course.

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

In order to be eligible for BTech admission at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham B.Tech Admission Criteria

Candidates seeking admission to the BTech program at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham must appear for the Amrita Entrance Examination Engineering (AEEE) or JEE Mains 2023 examination. The selection will be done through a centralised counselling process for all campuses of university based on rank secured in the AEEE or JEE Mains examination. 70% of seats in the BTech program are allotted through AEEE and the remaining 30% seats are filled through JEE Main.

Documents to be presented at the time of Counselling:

• Class 10^th certificate in support of Date of Birth transparency
• Marks sheet of class 12^th
• Admit card of class XII^th examination & AEEE hall ticket.
• Transfer certificate from the school you have attended last
• Community certificate, if applicable

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham B.Tech Application Process

Students can apply for AEEE 2023 through online or offline (OMR application) mode for Online & Pen-Paper based test both.

Online Application:

1. Login to www.amrita.edu.
2. Click on the ‘Apply Online’ link.
3. Enter all required details & pay the requisite application fee on INR 1000 through net banking.

Offline Application (OMR sheet based):

1. Students can obtain the application form from sale outlets namely Post office, Dhanlaxmi bank & Federal bank after payment of INR 1000 through cash.

Through Post:

1. Application form can be obtained from the exam conducting authorities associated with Coimbatore, Bengaluru & Amritapuri campus of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
2. Send the requisition letter (written request) to Coimbatore campus with a self-addressed envelope along with the Demand Draft of INR 1000 drawn in favor of ‘Amrita School of Engineering’ payable at Coimbatore.
3. Application form can also be obtained directly from any of the three campuses of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham on producing the Demand Draft of INR 1000.

Note: Students must note that they have to write “B. Tech. application’, their name & mobile number on the backside of the Demand Draft. Also keep the photocopy of Demand Draft & application form for future requirements.
