Latest Updates: Applications for the GATE Entrance Exam have been scheduled from September 23 to October 28, 2020. Admit cards will be available from January 8, 2021 and the Entrance Exam has been scheduled on Feb 4 to 14, 2021. Result of GATE 2020 will be declared in March 2021. How to Apply?

PES University conducts an online exam PESSAT for shortlisting candidates, the candidate can also apply with PGCET and GATE score, if applying with these exam marks, the candidate must register on the PESSAT portal, but need not to take the exam.

  • The steps to apply for the PESSAT test are as follows:
  1. Visit the official site of the PESSAT.
  2. Choose M.Tech in programs to register option.
  3. Fill out the details and register yourself in the portal.
  4. Pay the registration fee of Rs 1050.
  • Take the PESSAT test and the result will be published in three days.
  • If you have scored above the cutoff marks you will be called for the interview, if you are applying through PGCET or GATE scores you need not to take the exam.
  • Then, on the official site of PESSAT click on the online slot booking for the online interview and choose the preferred slot.
  • If selected the candidate will be informed in a week.
