AIIMS Rishikesh offers a full time UG course of MBBS and B.Sc with various specializations. 10+2 in Science or an equivalent examination, securing at least 50% marks aggregate in English, Physics, Chemistry and either Biology or Mathematics.

Admission will be strictly on merit basis.
For BSc courses performance of candidates at Entrance Examination to be conducted by AIIMS Rishikesh, in case of Foreign national candidates marks obtained in qualifying exam.
For MBBS, candidates NEET UG scores will be considered.
Candidates admitted to this college would have to serve in the state for at least one year and have to furnish an undertaking for that purpose and sign a bond with a non-judicial for MBBS.
