MNIT offers a two-year MBA program, selecting candidates based on their Common Admission Test (CAT) scores. After meeting the score criteria, candidates fill out an online application and, if shortlisted, participate in a Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI) round. The knowledgeable faculty frequently organize guest lectures by experts and professors, and students engage in various projects and field surveys to deepen their course understanding. The MBA program's fee is 1.80 Lacs, which is lower compared to many other business schools.
In the recent batch, about 90% of students were placed in reputable companies, with the highest package reaching 20 LPA and the average at 9 LPA. Key recruiters included ICICI Bank, Berger Paints, Ultramarine Pigments, HDFC Bank, and E.Y. The placement cell is active in securing summer internships and facilitating placements. MNIT also offers scholarships for students from families with an income of less than Rs. 1 Lakh. These scholarships are merit-based, requiring application forms for eligibility.
