The college features a supportive academic environment with 12 faculty members and over 10 PhD scholars. Faculty members hold PhDs from global institutions, enhancing the curriculum, which consists of about six subjects per semester, with a 75% attendance requirement. Starting in the third year, students can pursue internships, and in the fourth year, they can apply for placements. Salary packages varied from 10 lakh rupees to 58.21 lakh rupees, and the average package was 8.19 lakhs. Annually, about 400 companies visit for placements, leading to a placement rate of over 90% across all branches, with significant recruiters like Google and Amazon.

The college also offers government sector placements and further study opportunities at other IITs for students with a CPI of 7.5 or higher. Fees are structured based on family income and category, with general and OBC students paying around 1 lakh rupees per semester, excluding hostel charges. For families earning between 1 lakh and 5 lakhs, the fee is approximately 40 thousand rupees per semester, dropping to 6 thousand rupees for lower incomes and SC/ST/PD categories.

Annual fees for GEN/OBC/EWS students are Rs 212,700, reducing to Rs 79,366 for incomes below 5 lakhs, and Rs 12,700 for incomes below 1 lakh. A common mess fee of Rs 30,000 is also applied.
