CURAJ Faculty

The faculty at the college is highly qualified, with many members holding postdoctoral degrees from prestigious universities worldwide. Approximately 60% of the faculty are novices, while 40% are considered experts. Some faculty members have DST and Marie Curie fellowships, and many have completed their PhDs. The student-to-faculty ratio is generally favorable, with different reports indicating ratios such as 12:1, 13:1, and 1:6, allowing for personalized attention. Faculty are available full-time, five days a week, and students can reach them via university email.

The examination structure includes two continuous internal assessments (20 marks each) and an end-semester exam (60 marks), with a passing requirement of 35/100 overall. Feedback from students is used to evaluate faculty performance. Faculty are involved in research but are also available to help students with academics, competitive exams, and skill development.
