You should then fill in the required personal and education details as required.

You do not have to complete the online form in one sitting. You can complete it in multiple sittings, the convenient “auto-save” option keeps your work saved regularly.

Once you have completed the form, you should click on the “Submit” button. You will then be directed to the payment gateway.

Application Fee: You should pay registration fee of Rs. 1600 (non-refundable) by Credit Card or Debit Card

List of Documents: You should attach the following enclosures:

• Copy of duly filled up online application form
• Attested copies of Graduation Mark sheets & Certificate (if final year result is declared)
• GPAT qualified Scores if appeared
• Final year (B. Pharm.) appearing candidates have to send their third year mark sheet

You should take a print out of the completed Application form after submitting it online and send it along with the required documents to the following address:
