The courses are offered through its 30+ departments and 400+ Government/Aided/Self Financing affiliated colleges. Calicut University conducts admissions through a centralised admission process (CAP) that includes UGCAP, PGCAP, and IPCAP for UG, PG, and Intergrated programs, respectively. Calicut University UGCAP
Calicut University UGCAP is a centralised admission process for all UG programs. Candidates seeking admission to UG courses at University Departments/Governemt/Aided/Self Financing colleges must register through UGCAP. The selection will be based on allotment lists released by the university. There will be three allotments for all category of students and Two special allotments for SC/ST categories. UGCAP seat allotment process includes:

Calicut University PGCAP is a centralised admission process for admission to PG program at University Departments and affiliated colleges. Candidates seeking admission to PG program at Calicut University or its affiliated colleges must register through the PGCAP. Admissions will be granted on based on rank secured in the entrance examination followed by a seat allotment process. What are the minimum marks required to get admitted to Calicut University for a BA in English literature?
It is determined by the number of seats available at the college. Calicut University does not conduct exams properly, and your grades will not be corrected. This means that the student who studies the best in class and the student who did not study for the exam get nearly the same grade.
The university doesn't even properly correct the papers. It's also evident in newspaper articles about the majority of students failing a university exam. Your semester exams will be held on an irregular basis. That is, if you are in the third semester, you may write for the first semester.
Furthermore, if you fail at some point in the third semester and all of the other semesters succeed, it will take years for you to pass the exam because the supplementary exam is not given frequently.
Can a student who is waiting for the supplementary exam result be able to apply for post-graduation at Calicut University?
