MDU Rohtak BA LLB Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants applying for L.L.B (Hons) 3 years must have a bachelor's/master’s degree with an aggregate of 45% (42.75% for SC/ST students of Haryana state only) in any examination recognized by MDU, Rohtak.
• Applicants applying for BA L.L.B (Hons) 5 years must have qualified senior secondary (10+2) with a minimum aggregate of 45% (42.75% for SC/ST students of Haryana state only) from the Haryana education board or any other board recognized or equivalent to MDU, Rohtak.

MDU Rohtak BA LLB Admission Guidelines

Admission to B.A. L.L.B at MDU Rohtak is strictly through a merit list drafted on the basis of 10+2 qualifying marks.

• Applicants should go thoroughly through the prospectus provided by the University on their official website
• Applicants have to click on “admission” available on the official website.
• “Online application form” option will be available. Applicants have to click on that to proceed further.
• Applicants have to create a user ID and login account for further communication and registration.
• Required details have to be filled in the registration form (mobile number, e-mail address, home address, etc.)
• A message will be sent to the registered mobile number to confirm registration.
• To proceed further in the registration applicants, have to choose the program (applicants may apply to as many subjects as he/she wants). Each program requires INR 200 (INR 50 for SC/ST of Haryana state).
• After filling in all the required documents applicants have to verify photos and signatures and upload them.
• After completing all the required fields applicants have to pay the fees by clicking “Make payment” for the chosen program. The registration fee amount is INR 1000 for general applicants and SC/ST candidates of another state than Haryana, INR 250 for SC/ST applicants (for SC/ST of Haryana state).
• After confirmation of fees, applicants need to download the application form for further references and entrance exams.

• Candidates will have a mark- based system of subject choosing.
• Candidates need to select at least one language subject for each semester. Candidates who did not have Hindi as a language upto 10th class are allowed to choose English.

Examination system:

• The external exam will be the final exam conducted by the University.
• The internal assessment of 20 marks in each paper shall be as under:
  • Assignment and Presentation 05 Marks
  •  One Class Test 10 Marks
  •  Discipline/conduct/Attendance/etc. 05 Marks
• The end term examination is of 3 hours.
