After which they are required to fill up the application form which has to be sent/ submitted in person to the University Campus along with attested documents and application fees of Rs 500/- (cash or DD in favor of “Rai University” payable at Ahmedabad, India). The application fee for the PhD program is INR 1,500. The required documents include  Self Attested Photocopy of Degree Certificate (for Post Graduate Programs), Self Attested Photocopy of All year/ All Semester Mark-sheets (for Post Graduate Programs), Mark sheet of X and XII, Passing certificate of X and XII, 4 Passport Sized Colored Photographs and a Photocopy of Govt.
