The course curriculum is very interesting, which deals with the aspects of agricultural commodities, marketing, and trade.
One more organisation, GNFC, also provides a 6-month internship for improving your skills. After the internship period, you will receive a job offer letter.
The college has good placements, and most of us get placed in government sectors.
The college collects nearly 10,000 fees per semester, and there are lots of job opportunities in this field. You can start your own business based on your interest. The college provides over 10,000 scholarships per year.
The micro nutrient research project by ICAR, basketball, plant residue research project, and many more are great activities that keep the students on their toes and help build their confidence.
The hostel staff also helps with washing clothes and vessels for you. The quality of the meals for three times is awesome. You can see that it is homemade food.

The faculty are from the different states and from the home state as well. The teaching Is multi-lingual. The exams are taken twice in a particular semester. One internal and one external. There are also practical exams.

Agriculture is the backbone.

I chose this out of interest and due to the importance of agriculture on a global level. As the college is in Gujarat, they mostly take classes in Gujarati which is hard for the out of state students to understand, although you can ask then to teach in hindi or English as well. But most of them prefer Gujarati. Faculty members are highly qualified who had done their PhD in particular subjects and have also cleared NET, SET, etc. Exams are quite easy to pass and exams are conducted in a proper routine.
