IGNOU CPF admission 2024 for the January session has been started from December 15, 2023. The last date to apply is March 20, 2024. Interested candidates can apply online on the official website of IGNOU @ignou.ac.in. Admissions will be granted based on marks secured in the qualifying examination. Check IGNOU Admission 2024

IGNOU offers a Certificate in Poultry Farming (CPF) program for a duration of 6 years. The maximum duration to complete the courses can be extended up to 2 years. Admissions to the program are done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination. IGNOU CPF Assignments

Assignments constitute continuous evaluation. The marks that you secure in the assignments will be counted in your final result. As mentioned earlier, an assignment of a course carries 30% weightage. You are therefore advised to take your assignment seriously.

Non Submission of Assignment

The TMA for each semester can be downloaded from the Student Zone of the University website. You have to complete the assignment within the due dates specified in the assignment booklet. You will not be allowed to appear for the term-end examination for any course if you do not submit the assignment in time for that course. If you appear in the term-end examination, without submitting the assignments, the result of the term-end examination is liable to be canceled.

Ques. Is there any provision for fee concession available?

Ans. Candidates from rural areas shall be entitled to 50% fee concession, subject to the production of their domicile certificates. Students from urban areas, who are below the poverty line, may also be given 50% fee concession, subject to production of their guardin’s income certificate.

Ques. When are the counselling sessions held?

Ans. The counselling sessions are held at the study centres (usually during weekends) according to the schedule drawn by the programme-in-charge. The details of the study centre can be obtained from the IGNOU website or concerned regional centres.
