How to Apply for Dibrugarh University PGDCA?

Application Process

• Visit the official website of Dibrugarh University .
• Under the admission section, fill out the form with your full name, a username, a mobile number, and a password. In your phone, you will receive an "Activation Code." To activate your account, enter your mobile number and the Activation Code and click the "Activate" button.
• Use your Username and Password to log in. Select "Apply Online" from the drop-down menu. Choose the type of programme and the name of the programme. Continue by pressing the Enter key.
• Fill out the form in stages ( e.g Personal Details, Educational Details, Photo and Signature). To save the information, click Save & Continue at each stage. You can retrieve the saved information at any time and make changes before submitting it.
• Review the form again. Verify that the information, photos, and signature have been entered and shown appropriately. If anything has to be changed, simply return to the relevant stage using the Back button or by clicking the corresponding button for that stage.
• After you've reviewed your form, click the Submit button. The amount of the application fee and other payment information will be presented. By clicking "Proceed to Pay," you will be able to pay your Application Fee online.
• "Continue to Pay '' should be clicked. Choose from a variety of payment methods, such as netbanking, debit card (visa, master, maestro), credit card, and so on. The ATM-cum-Debit card option is for earlier ATM card types that are currently only supported by a small number of banks.
• An Acknowledgment Slip with a unique transaction id will be generated after a successful submission. Save the Acknowledgement Slip to your computer for future use. The submitted Application Form and the Admit Card (if appropriate) can also be downloaded (or printed) from the Dashboard.

Please remember that your application is only deemed complete when the application fee is paid and an Acknowledgement Slip is created with a "SUCCESS" status. Any information in the form cannot be changed after it has been submitted. You may, however, save or print the Application Form or Acknowledgement Slip for future use.

1. Scanned copy of your photograph 
2. Scanned signature 
3.  Scanned copy of Marksheet, Caste Certificate, (wherever applicable)
4.  For transmitting the Activation Code or OTP, you'll need a valid mobile number (One Time Password).
5. Any of the following options are available for paying the application fee online.

   • Debit Card (VISA, Master, Maestro)
   • Credit Card
