- Candidate should obtain at least 50% of marks in the subjects specified taken together at 10+2 pattern.
- Students with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) are eligible for all B.Tech. programs.
- Candidates have to be successful in SRSAT (SR Scholastic Assessment Test)/ JEE-Main/ State Level Engineering Entrance Exams across India including EAMCET/ Merit in Sports/ Cultural Activities.

- B.Tech. (Computer Science and Engineering) - Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning – Rs 1,37,500
- B.Tech. (Electronics and Communication Engineering) - Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning – Rs 1,12,500
