Students can take admission in the 2nd year of B,Tech program through Lateral Entry scheme

JUET Guna B.Tech Eligibility

Candidate must have passed 10+2 level of education with Physics, Chemistry/Computer Science and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.with an overall aggregate of 50% for general/open category (45% for the reserved category). 

Candidates taking admission on the basis of merit must have a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in their 10+2 level of examination.  For Lateral Entry applicants, three year Diploma Holders or B.Tech 1st Year candidates with minimum 6.0 CGPA or 60% marks are eligible to apply for the program. 

Candidate also must have a JEE Main admit card with them at the time of admission. 

JUET Guna B.Tech Selection Criteria

• Admissions are offered on 50% of the seats through All India Rank of JEE Main 2021 from 1st & 2nd Attempt. While the remaining 50% of the seats are offered based on 10+2 marks and merit. 
• Candidates need to submit their JEE Main scores at the admission portal at the official website of JUET. 
• Based on the scores submitted, candidates will be called to attend the counselling conducted and seats will be alloted to them. 
• Candidate must carry a set of photocopies of the documents with the originals on the day of counselling.
• Onc allotted, the candidate must make the complete admission fee payment and receive the acknowledgement slip. Institute will hand over the further schedule of commencement of classes. 
• Students applying through 10+2 marks and Lateral Entry applicants who do not have JEE Main score will be accepted on the basis of merit. 
• That means those who have scored more marks on their 10+2 examination will have higher chances of getting admission into JUET. 

JUET Guna B.Tech How to Apply?

Documents Required

• Scanned and recent photograph coloured or black/white (but clear contrast) JPG/JPEG format. Size should be between 10 kb to 200 kb.
• Scanned signature in JPG/JPEG format. Size should be between 4 kb to 30 kb.
• Application forms with unclear photographs will be rejected. 

How to Register?

• Visit the official website of JEE Main and click on “Fill Online Application Form”.
• Register by giving your personal details, to generate a user id and password.
• The application number will be generated after submitting the details for registration.
• The form requires personal details, address, and mobile number.
• You can set your security question and password to access the application for the future.
• Submit the application form by logging in with the same user id and password that you had set.

JUET Guna B.Sc (Honours) Eligibility

The minimum eligibility of the program is completion of 10+2 level of education from a recognised board. Final year students who are in their 12th standard can also apply

JUET Guna B.Sc (Honours) Selection Criteria

• Selection will be done on the basis of merit. 
• Candidates will have to submit their 10+2 marks while filling the application form and based on the marks, selection will be done. 
• Individual selected candidates will be intimated regarding their status. They have to carry their original documents and pay the admission fee after the evaluation.

• Candidates must have completed their B.E/ B.Tech in relevant discipline with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks. Graduation should have been completed from a recognised board. 
• Valid GATE/ PGCET score card is a must to be eligible for admission. 

JUET Guna M.Tech Selection Criteria

• Candidates must submit their scores at the online application portall at the website. 
• Based on the scores submitted, candidates will be selected for admission. 
• They will be called for counseling where the seat filling procedure based on the courses they have opted for, shall be done. It is mandatory to carry the valid GATE/PGCET score card along with the original academic and work experience related documents,
• Students who are sponsored for their respective industries must have a work experience letter showing a minimum of 2 years of work experience. 
• Payment of admission fee will be done on the spot the same day. 

JUET Guna M.Tech- How to Apply?

Documents Required

• Scanned photograph and signature 
• Valid Photo ID (Aadhaar Card/Passport/Driving License/PAN Card/Voter ID/College ID/Employee Identification Card/Notarized Affidavit with Photo, Signature, Date of Birth and Residential Address).
• Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate/Course Completion Certificate.
• Copy of mark sheet of V /VI /VII semester.
• Final year students must submit Provisional Certificate Letter as per format issued by the Home of Institute/Dean/Registrar/Head of Dept.
• Candidates in the final year of AMIE have to submit their mark sheet for Section A of AMIE in case of professional equivalent qualifications.
• Caste Certificate/Disability or PwD Certificate (if applicable).
• Candidates pursuing a higher degree or masters have to submit the qualifying degree certificate.

JUET Guna M.Sc Eligibility

Candidates with B.Sc degree in relevant subjects will be eligible for the program. Those who are in their final year of their degree program, they can also apply; provided they must produce the original documents within the given schedule. 

JUET Guna M.Sc Selection Criteria

• Selection for the program will be done on the basis of merit. 
• A certain cut off percentage will be set for each subject and Candidates scoring above that cut off will be called for the admission process. 
• Candidates will have to pay the admission fee on the same date of counselling to secure their seat for admission.

Admissions to Ph.D. program at JUET Guna are across Engineering and Science specializations. The table gives a brief about the basic eligibility criteria, following which subject wise eligibility criteria is given.

Candidate must have a relevant M.E/M.Tech degree to be eligible for admissions to the following specializations:Electronics & Communica tion Engineering

For Sciences specializations the students must have a relevant M.Sc/M.E/M.Tech degree to be eligible for admissions:

Candidates must go through a Ph.D entrance test conducted by the university followed by a Personal Interview. During the interview, candidates will be asked about their research interest and areas in which they are interested to work in.

Students who have qualified GATE/SLET/UGC/CSIR (JRF) will be given more preference than others.  Work experience for the candidates will a minimum requirement to be eligible for the program.

Based on the performance in the interview, written test and overall past academic performance, the candidate will be selected for the program .
