University of Bolton Programs

University of Bolton offers undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in a wide range of subject areas, including special programs. Students can choose from 240 undergraduate courses, 165 postgraduate courses and several professional development, teacher training and other courses. The degrees are awarded through 9 different faculties with possibilities of combining courses as per student’s interests.

The university also offers a range of Apprenticeship programs in collaboration with employers helping international students learn and earn. Business Management, Software Engineering, Dental Technology, Health & Social Care are some of the Apprenticeship programs run by the university.

University of Bolton Campus and Accommodation

University of Bolton guarantees accommodation to all first-year international undergraduates. Orlando Village is the hall of residence of University of Bolton, located within walking distance of campus. The residences have 381 fully-furnished, single accommodations. The Orlando Village accommodation contract for 47 weeks costs 5875 GBP (5.93 lakhs INR).

University of Bolton Application Process

For admission to University of Bolton, all the programs will be functioning to a maximum intake capacity. Some of these programs have very few seats available. Students need to apply at the earliest as the university accepts applications on a first-come-first-serve basis. Places are not guaranteed by the university until CAS is issued.

All applicants need to complete a pre-screening questionnaire before applying to the program. The university has implemented the pre screening process to eliminate applications of ineligible candidates.

Applications for all full-time undergraduate courses at University of Bolton for September intake and select January intake programs are accepted through UCAS. Application for all other programs can be made in both online and offline modes.

Admission Requirements:

• Academic transcripts
• Qualifying program completion certificate
• English proficiency test score
  • IELTS (Academic): 6.0 with 5.5 in each section
  • TOEFL iBT: 80 overall with 17 in Writing and Listening, 18 in Reading and 20 in Speaking

Note: International candidates who lack the required subject qualifications or the necessary level of English language proficiency have to enroll for international foundation programs at University of Bolton and pre-sessional English courses.

• Insurance documentation
• Valid UK student visa

Note: The university will not accept students with previous visa refusals.

International students from all countries must fill the full tuition fees for the first year before accepting their respective CAS. Students are allowed to make 2 or more transactions to reach the total amount of tuition fees.
