Remarks :

For admission to IIT college, you must clear the jee advanced exam which is conducted by nta at the national level in India. For this exam also you must clear the jee mains exam which is also conducted by NTA. The cut-off for these two exams is different for different categories. Reservation is available for st,sc and obc also, and also for girls. No improvement is needed for this exam process.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because from starting my interest has been in electronic instruments. The faculty is quite good. The faculty is well qualified. In one year 2 semester is taken and in one semester 2 class test and one end sem. And one sem. The exam is taken in college. Calculus is mostly difficult to get good marks in exams.

Class Size : 100Course Fees : INR 120000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For some reservation students, 4 year fee is near by 5 lacs. There is many scholarship for students and that was very helpful. Jos' opportunity is quite sufficient for students. Many new companies are coming onto campus like Taxla.

Campus Life :

I on this campus, we enjoyed it very much because firstly it is in Jammu and secondly there are many clubs for different passions. And college conducted many festivals on this campus. All common sports are available on the campus.

IIT Jammu from start to end.

Placement Experience:

Basements are pretty good, especially for the electrical and computer science branches the average package of computer science is around 25 lakhs per annum as per the latest placement sale and for other branches it is also pretty well you will be provided an internship from third year onwards and many candidates have also been provided with ppos.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In this course, there were too many scopes, this was the reason behind my choosing this course. There are 1 faculty over 10 students. All faculty are Doctoral from 1st Gen IITs. exams were timely and quite difficult to score.

Best 3G IIT in term of placement and infrastructure.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement from the 7th semester. As it is IIT so many big MNCs come here and recruit. 85% of the students got placed with the highest 53 lakhs, average package of 17.6 lakhs. Top recruiters are Microsoft, Amazon, Qualcomm, Intel, Paytm, etc. I am planning for higher studies.

Placement Experience:

So coming to placements, you will be eligible for an internship in the third year, and for placements, it is 4th year, placements and internship process starts in September only. Placement is very good here, last year ie 2022-23 the highest package was 53 lpa, avg was 18 lpa, lowest was 5 lpa, also 85% of students got placed.

IIT JAMMU: A growing culture of education

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible after the 7th semester to sit for placements. Placements are nice since the college is newly built. The highest package offered last year was 52 lacs and Avery was 15 lacs. I want a job to fulfill the needs of my family.
