R G Kar ...being the best

Remarks :

All students who have appeared in their 12th board exam are eligible to appear for the NEET ug examination, clearing which will make them eligible for the MBBS course. One can get admitted to a particular MBBS college only through the counseling process which is held online both at the national level and at the state level.

Course Curriculum Overview :

MBBS gives us a vast opportunity to serve humanity. It is a pure emotion among all the medical students. The faculty-to-student ratio is very much balanced. Even there is great scope for one-to-one learning. Practicals are held on a completely interactive basis. A large number of workshops are held where one can practice hands-on and improve practical skills.

Internships Opportunities :

After completion of four and a half years of study and practicals, one has to attend internship duty of one year after which he or she is provided with a registration number and is recognized as a registered practitioner. During the internship, the stipend is given to all interns every month.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is very cost-effective as one has to pay only the semester fees while the rest is paid by our government. This course is very affordable. During the internship, all interns are paid with a stipend.

Campus Life :

Everyone normally has a mentality that medical students are dull and they don't enjoy college life. But it is absolutely false. Our college organizes the biggest fest of East India known as Lobelia in the month of September and medifest or annual academic fest known as Therapeuo in the month of August. There are huge library, gym room, music room, table tennis room, and badminton court.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the MBBS course as I wanted to be a doctor and I have to do this course to be one. our total no. Of students is 250 and our student-to-faculty ratio is close to 30:1. The faculty members are really experienced in their own respective fields. The professional exams and semesters are a little difficult but you can pass easily by studying consistently for 3-4 hours a day. In the 5 years of MBBS, you will have 4 professional exams at the end of the year and 9 semesters.
