Remarks :

NEET is the qualifying exam to get admission to this college. The admission was very well organised by the State Medical counsel. The admission was smooth and the college seniors were very helpful in guiding every step of admission..

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is great. There are regular classes and the delegate faculty members help in building the concepts which are required to become a good physician... Regular exams are being taken. Regular clinics are also there...

Internships Opportunities :

There is a rotatory internship in every department of the hospital. Many hospitals and healthcare centres are also attached to the hospital which provides more opportunities for students The internship is great here. The stipend is nearly 30k which is one of the highest as compared to other medical colleges

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee is 9000/yr which is very low as compared to other state medical colleges. The government also provides scholarships to meritious students and many underprivileged students also avail the benefits of this scholarship The stipend that we get during internship is nearly 30,000 per month which is one of the highest-paid stipends as compared to other medical colleges

Campus Life :

The campus life is great. The ambience of the college is nice... There are respective clubs and societies for drama, Musical bands and other events. There are also sports clubs for college students. The library is one of the biggest libraries in eastern India. It has an extraordinary collection of standard books and journals. Classrooms are very big and well equipped with projectors and air conditioners.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was very mesmerized by the doctors who were working day and night for mankind and saving people day and night with their hard work and dedication. I wanted to be like them and wanted to make my parents proud. The ratio of faculty to students is 1:20 The faculty are very good and helpful they always come forward to help us and teach us in a very simple way which is very easy to understand. The term exams occur at an interval of 6 months and it is quite difficult to pass.

I chose the MBBS course as I wanted to be a doctor and I have to do this course to be one. our total no. Of students is 250 and our student-to-faculty ratio is close to 30:1. The faculty members are really experienced in their own respective fields. The professional exams and semesters are a little difficult but you can pass easily by studying consistently for 3-4 hours a day. In the 5 years of MBBS, you will have 4 professional exams at the end of the year and 9 semesters.
