My RGKMCH is best

Remarks :

For admission in RGKar Medical College and Hospital, you must be from science stream in 12th and need a minimum marks of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. A national level competitive exam NEET must be cleared. The application form is available on the website nta.neet.nic.in. The application fees is around 1000-1500 depending upon caste. The application for NEET starts from around December month. I think there is no need to improve in the admission process. It's quite good.

Course Curriculum Overview :

From my childhood days, I always tried to help other people. My mom always said that in the medical profession, you can help people maximally. Day by day I also realize the good things about the profession and I decided to go for Medical. The faculty is very good. The ratio of students and faculty is very good.

Internships Opportunities :

After final year of our MBBS course there is one year of internship. You can learn many things in hospital from your seniors. You also get a good stipen in internship. You get around 30k every month. After internship you can apply many govt and private jobs.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure in my college is very affordable. For undergraduates, there are a total of 9 semesters. The fee for every semester is 4500. The fees do not hike. So it's helpful for middle-class families. There are many facilities of scholarship like Swami Vivekananda, Aikayashree etc. After the final year of undergraduate, you get 1 year of internship. You get quite a good stipend on internship days. After internship, there is many scope of Gov and private jobs.

Campus Life :

The name of the annual fest is Lobelia. The name of our tech fest is Therapeuo. The therapeuo is conducted in August and Lobelia is conducted in September month. There is a huge library is our campus. In the library, you get every medical book for study. There are many facilities for sports and extracurricular activities.

Hostel Facilities :

After getting admission to the college a good quality affordable hostel is allowed by our college authority. The hostel rooms are very clean, the rooms are quite large, and electricity always available. The meal quality is also good, clean, healthy and affordable. To get a hostel you need to fill up a form given by the college after admission.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the MBBS course as I wanted to be a doctor and I have to do this course to be one. our total no. Of students is 250 and our student-to-faculty ratio is close to 30:1. The faculty members are really experienced in their own respective fields. The professional exams and semesters are a little difficult but you can pass easily by studying consistently for 3-4 hours a day. In the 5 years of MBBS, you will have 4 professional exams at the end of the year and 9 semesters.
